Department of Educational Compliance Files Its Tenth Annual Self-Assessment With the Politburo
The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has submitted Report SD.3877 to the People’s Legislature — its tenth annual accounting from the Safe and Supportive Schools Commission, delivered pursuant to Section 1P(g) of Chapter 69 of the General Laws.
The Commission, established a decade ago to measure the psychological and physical welfare of students across the Commonwealth Soviet’s public school apparatus, produces this report as a matter of statutory obligation. No legislators are named as sponsors. The document originates entirely from within the administrative bureaucracy — an agency reporting, in effect, on itself.
On April 30, 2026, the Senate received the report and placed it on file. This is the full extent of the legislative action recorded. The report neither creates law, nor appropriates funds, nor compels any response from the Politburo. It exists. It was filed. The machinery of compliance has turned, as scheduled, for the tenth consecutive year.
