Environmental Commissariat Files Annual Plastic Report, Is Placed on File

The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs has submitted Report SD.3913 to the People’s Legislature — a required annual accounting of the Department of Environmental Protection’s grant program helping small businesses transition away from single-use plastics, as mandated by line item 2200-0107 of Chapter 140 of the Acts of 2024.

The report documents the development and administration of state grants directed at small businesses seeking plastic alternatives.
