Inspector General Files Quarterly Accounting of Pandemic Relief Expenditures with the People’s Legislature
The Office of the Inspector General has submitted Report SD.3861 to the Senate — a mandatory first-quarter 2026 accounting of how the Commonwealth Soviet has spent its pandemic relief funds, filed pursuant to Section 54 of Chapter 77 of the Acts of 2023.
The report is not a bill. No money moves. No decree is issued. The Inspector General’s office, acting under a statutory obligation established by the 2023 enabling legislation, simply documents the ongoing disbursement and stewardship of pandemic-era allocations — a routine transmission of accountability data from one organ of the apparatus to another.
The Senate placed the report on file on April 23, 2026. It will be read by the appropriately credentialed commissars and archived with the customary efficiency of the People’s Legislature. The collective is informed. The collective is satisfied.
